SPORTS COMPLEX POLICIES

 

1. Reservation Requirement: Reservations are mandatory for tennis and pickleball court usage. Book your slot online or reach out to our front desk staff for assistance.

 

2. Guest Fees: ALL non-members are required to pay a guest fee of $10 prior to accessing the pool, tennis courts, and gym facilities. Each member is allowed a maximum of 2 guests and must accompany their guests at all times. We reserve the right to charge your account if we observe any guests' utilizing facilities without prior payment.​ 

Please note: Members are responsible for behavior of their guests while using the sports facilities. 

 

3. Payment Options: Guest fees must be paid at the Tennis Shop window using Venmo, cash, or member charge before using Sports Complex facilities. 

 

4. Rules for Minors at the Sports Complex:

      -Tennis Courts: Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted at the tennis courts unless accompanied by an adult. 

      -Gym: Minors between the age of 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 

5. Proper Tennis Attire: Players must wear proper tennis attire including tennis shoes. Tennis shoes have non-marking soles. No cleats and minimal texture so as not to leave a mark on the court. 

 

6. Hours of Operation: 

  • THE SPORTS COMPLEX WILL CLOSE DAILY AT 10PM.

  • Please remember to turn off the court lights when you have finished playing. 

 

6. Enforcement: Any violations to the rules as stated above by any member, including family or guests, will result in the following consequences: 

  • First Offense: Suspension for 30 days and a $250 fine assessed to your HOA account. 

  • Second Offense: Suspension for 60 days and a $500 fine assessed to your HOA account.

  • Third Offense: Suspension for 1 year and a $1,000 fine assessed to your HOA account. 

   *Reminder, the sports complex is monitored by security cameras at all times​

 

Please notify staff if you see anyone breaking any of the Sports Complex rules. Thank you for assisting us in keeping the facilities safe and enjoyable for all of our members.

FITNESS CENTER POLICIES-

1. Children under the age if 15 are not permitted.

2. Children ages 15-17 are permitted with an adult 18 and over.

3. Use equipment at YOUR OWN RISK.

4. Management assumes no responsibility for any injury that may occur.

5. Please use equipment only if you are in proper health condition to do so.

6. Please return all equipment back to its proper place and be sure to wipe down machine after each use.

7.Proper attire must be worn, including shirts and gym shoes. NO WET BATHING SUITS, sandals or loose clothing allowed in fitness center.

8. No food or alcoholic beverages allowed in fitness center.

9. Please report any damage or faulty equipment to a staff member immediately and discontinue use.

10. Glass is prohibited.

11. No Pets allowed inside facility

12. No horseplay inside facility

13. No Smoking inside facility

14. Please clean up after yourself

15. Please be watchful of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please schedule a time to get your fingerprint in our system. 

  • Please bring photo ID and proof of residency

  • We must be able to verify your address before granting access.

Fees:

Effective January 1st, 2024, there will be an increase in guest fees when using the Sports Complex.  This includes use of the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, the fitness center and the swimming pools.  

 

The new fee will be $10 per guest.  

 

All guests visiting the University Club Sports Complex are required tosign in at the front desk. Payment of $10 per guest is required PRIOR to using the facilities. 

Sign-In Process:

Payment of $10 per guest is due at the time of sign-in.

  • Payment can be made in the following ways:

    • During office hours: Pay at the front desk via cash or card.

    • Outside of office hours: Members have the following options:

      • Pay via Venmo to @ucsportscomplex after signing your name and guests name on sign in sheet. 

      • Place cash inside an envelope with the member and guest’s name, and deposit it into the cash box located at the front desk.

      • Write your member charge account on the envelope and place it inside the cash box.

 

Non-member league fees will increase from $20 to $100 and court fees per home match will increase from $8 to $12.  The new league fees are also competitive with what other clubs are charging and will help defray the increased costs in maintaining the courts.
